Very Disappointing
It was very disappointing getting to the hotel after 10 Hour Drive given a room on the second floor and having lots of luggage that had to go up and were told the elevator didn’t work. 😡.

The building looks nice. The room was very clean. The bathroom looked older, like a really nice Super 8.

The edges of my sink moldy or dirty. A seam in the carpet was frayed. The toilet was slightly dirty. There was some sort of debris under the chair. A few spots on the walls, particularly in the bathroom, were in need of touch ups.
All of these are small complaints so nothing major. Good job overall.
