The hotel room was spacious. The shower was great! My only criticism would be that housekeeping only cleans the room every third day. Every other day would be must better. Other than that, it was lovely stay in a nice hotel.

The room was nice. I chose this place because Maricopa Amtrak stop was the closest to the Grand Canyon. If you want casino machines, this place would be for you.

Room was good.

The casino and halls and room were exceptionally clean and quiet. The beds and pillows very comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant — twice. Food was excellent.

There’s something about the sweet smell of cigarette smoke that says “yeah baby, you’re in a casino”. Although only a portion of the casino allows smoking (not the bar however) the sweet aroma fills the main floor to take you back to the good old days. Cons: no valet service. You park your own car, they charge you $35 if you ask to check in at 2:30 rather than 4 pm, but refuse to give you a similar credit if you check out 12 hours early? Funny how that works…. Overall not a terrible place to stay, would like to go back in the summer to see what the monster pool is all about

The room was reasonably priced. Our room needed some furniture updates. Very scuffed up.

We had a great time at the pool. It was the highlight of our trip. The staff at the pool were extremely helpful and nice. The casino security was horrible. We went down from the hotel to go get water, and all of the vending machines have no card readers and only take cash. We were trying to get water, so I didn't have our shoes on And the casino security made us return to our room at 4 am in the morning for just trying to get drinking water from the bar. I had no cash on me because I didn't come to play at the casino.All I had was my debit card. The security refused for us to take even 1 more step and started getting aggressive with me and my 2 minor children and told us to return to our room for how much i paid for the room we should should have been treated a lot better.
