Poor service. Room had to be changed, still had problems. Need to get the basics right. Property needs an update. Staff need to be more reactive to issues. There are so many hotel options in the area, go elsewhere.

Amazing view, very nice staff.

We really liked the property and everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would greatly recommend it and will be happy to come back next year.

Upgrade was supposed to be in reservation notes (per Ritz area executive) but were not and refused upgrade even though property was EMPTY. Then at check in told we would be given instead an "oceanview" room but received exactly the same room that we already had booked. A shell game. Hotel and beach bars are ridiculously small for such a large property. Pay a huge "Resort Fee" but they still nickel and dime guests on other fees.

This hotel was established as an after-thought converting one of many Residence towers into a hotel. Poor Bar. Awful breakfast buffet. In general, I was surprised to find a Ritz-Carlton that doesn't deliver real value.

Ritz are simply not what they used to be. I keep trying and constant dissatisfaction. House keeping justbwalks in...then came right into my "locked" bathroom. Did not speak English, no apolgy. Garbage cans around property overflowing. Front desk ,bell men and in room dining excellent(except the food that did come did not match what was on the menu)

I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, and it was a wonderful experience! The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service and making sure I felt welcome and well taken care of throughout my stay. Their hospitality truly elevated the experience. The food was good with a decent variety to suit different tastes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. The highlight, though, was the incredible ocean view from my room. It was breathtaking and unbelievably relaxing perfect for a peaceful getaway. Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. One thing to note: the hotel does show a bit of its age, so if you’re looking for something ultra-modern and cutting edge in terms of design, you might notice some wear. However, this was by no means a deal breaker. The exceptional service and stunning views more than make up for it, and I would definitely stay here again!
