Nice and clean!
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was a good sized room and everything was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating!
Comfortable and Kind.
Very clean facility with friendly service. Breakfast flavor was average but good options. Room needed light inside the door. Felt like a stripped down room, but was comfortable and quiet.

Good Stay
Stayed for two nights for a wedding and I was easily able to add two more nights. I was able to keep the same room. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The room is clean and the water pressure is excellent. The bed was more comfortable than I expected. The complimentary breakfast is a good start to the day. The hotel is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. If I am in this area again, I will book another stay at the AmericInn.

We always stay at the As Americinn in Chanhassen when we have an event at the Arboretum. Its clean, quiet, safe, convenient a a good value. Staff is very helpful.

It was a fair price for the duration, good location for visiting Chanhassen and the west side of Minneapolis. We had an issue with sink wasn't rectified in 3 days of the stay, the room was clean enough and breakfast was ok.

It was ok. Needs some remodeling.
Other members in our party were over charged after being quoted one price upon reservation, when they brought it to the attention of management, they said there was nothing they could do.

Dirty bath tub, black mold on the floor, rust on everything. Peeling paint. Scummy pool water. Apple juice tasted like water.
