Unimpressed/not Clean
While the late night desk staff was friendly and accommodating, I was assigned two rooms that were not kept and had to repeatedly return to the front desk for a new room. Once I finally got one that was “clean”, it was not actually that cleanly. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and crumbs of food across the remainder of the floor. I was very unimpressed with the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property.

We stayed in a king bed room and the smell was musty, the carpets crunched when we walked, there was used coffee pod in coffee maker, bed was worn and too soft and the shower didn’t drain! When I mentioned this to the front desk, they didn’t seem to care. For $150 for a night, I’d expect a working shower at least!

It is a perfect place to stay in forest lake.

Front desk check in is key to great customer experience. Our experience was great. Our room was perfect, clean and comfortable. The breakfast service woman was very attentive and kept the area clean at all times. Outstanding job by everyone!

The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. Breakfast was well presented with quite a variety of options.
