Stay was okay booking and verification were not good.
Edward and James were rude. Edward hung up on me when I was trying to find out how to verify my reservation. They were both hard to understand and impatient. They both said they would send a confirmation code, but they didn’t.

This was our second time staying here. The first time it wasn’t horrible obviously not a bougie hotel but the only one in Commerce when we visit family. This time was awful. Upon arriving the lady at check in was very sweet. I had to ask for my room to be changed because the first one I got smelled like someone died in it, she very nicely changed me rooms. Beds are hard, walls stained, roaches, stains on towels and bed sheets, no ice, soap was awful and water pressure. This place needs a major upgrade. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave great customer service though.

The staff was pleasant; however, the hot tub was not even warm. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The refrigerator in our original room did not work. The front desk person had problems trying to add our pet fee and said she would ask someone else and add it the following day. Ten minutes later she was knocking on our door saying my account was red-flagged because I had not paid the pet fee. When I checked out 2 days later she said she could not give me a receipt. There were no working ice machines in the building.
