A Beautiful and clean resort.

The entire experience was first class.

All staff, from the front desk to the wait staff, were very attentive to guests.

Such a fun property! Lots to do!

We spent several days at the hotel and, overall, had a good experience. The property has great amenities for families. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool, and as parents, we appreciated that it wasn't too deep. They also showed movies by the pool in the evenings, which was a fun touch. We stayed in one of the villas. The space worked well for our family, but the villas are starting to feel a bit dated. Housekeeping was also disappointing. During our 5-day/4-night stay, the sheets were changed, but the bathrooms were never cleaned. Overall, the food was good, but we found it to be overpriced. For example, a house salad with chicken was $29. Breakfast at J's was our biggest disappointment. There was only one server covering the entire patio, including a couple of large tables. The wait was very long, our food arrived cold, and the overall service struggled because of the staffing. To their credit, the hotel did provide a discount on our bill after we raised the concern. On the other hand, we really enjoyed the sports bar—the food was great, especially the pizza. We would consider staying here again because the family-friendly amenities made for an enjoyable trip. However, given the price point, we expected more modern accommodations, better housekeeping, more reasonably priced dining options, and more efficient restaurant service.

Been staying here for 10 years plus as my kids play golf tournaments here every year at least twice a year. The last time before was disappointing and this time last time this prior week was the same. The ac in the rooms will show that you can adjust them down but they don’t go any lower than 72 degrees. This is the second stay where they don’t clean the room. We arrived back to our room at 9:30pm to find our room exactly how we left it and no clean towels or beds fixed. When I approached the front desk they were not apologetic or concerned, they just asked if I wanted towels. When we checked out the next day after two nights we had a mountain of towels in the bathroom. Just doesn’t feel the same as it used to a few years back. The restaurant food is ok but no where worthy of the price and the water they use for the drinks tastes really bad. Might need to clean the ice machine or get better filtration. Probably won’t be booking here in the future anymore until they get some issues addressed.

It would have been nice if all of pools opened by 9 am and not 10.

This is a great place to stay! Room was clean, staff was friendly and we enjoyed the pool by the lake.

Our entire stay was amazing, staff was very helpful and friendly the room was great and there was so much to do, very kid friendly from 4 pools complimentary snow cones and evening s’mores movies every night at the pool and they even has birds you could see, beautiful property I highly recommend!!
