Great place, beautiful grounds.

I expected more. I'm sure if you are a golfer, this is a great vacation but we were looking for pool and lake fun. We did enjoy ourselves but the pools are basic hotel pools, nothing fancy. Everything was expensive which made me not be able to relax as I intended. I figured there would be some free activities but we even had to pay to play on the old pickle ball courts no one was using. There was construction going on so we couldn't even hear the score as we yelled across the net. While the staff was nice, we had a few instances of frustration like food delivered to us without silverware, napkins, ketchup and by the time we tracked someone down for these items, the food was cold. Just not what I expect from a luxury resort.

We enjoyed staying there and get some lake chill. The property was clean and staff were friendly. Amenities were really nice.

The amenities were closed too early and they charge additional $50 for parking a night

This was our first stay at Horseshoe Bay and we loved it. We will be coming back!

The Horseshoe Bay resort is absolutely beautiful! The grounds are pristine and the pools are all very lovely. The room was very clean and we loved the views of the lake. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate at J's restaurant a few times and it was wonderful and we also enjoyed the Waterfront grill.
