We needed a great relaxing weekend this was perfect
The weekend was outstanding. We didn't leave the property. Our room was great! The pools were amazing! Marcela at the 1883 Grill made sure my wife's food allergies were passed on to everyone working there. Even the next morning they knew exactly what she needed. We had a wonderful relaxing time. We will be going back!
Great place fun staycation for our family
This is our second time going. The first time was in November of last year. We had a great time both stays. There is lots of construction going on right now, but it didn't really bother me. The scenery is gorgeous. The grounds are well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The pools were heated and so fun to be in even though it was cooler.

We loved it! The new updates are awesome. Clean, modern. We used to come here back in the day. It’s so fun. Loved the pools, the food, coffee shop. Fun way to celebrate a birthday!

Overall, the hotel room was nice and We enjoyed our stay. However, we had a few disappointments considering the higher spend on the room. The room lacked a table. The hot tubs were out of service. Breakfast cost extra and was overpriced. We couldn't swim in the Crater because the reservations were full. (Which cost $30 per person). Per the cost of the room and the extra resort fee charge we expected more value.

Best weekend getaway. Plenty of amenities, really good coffee on-site, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay. They had comfortable beds, the property is clean and well maintained. The staff is amazing, friendly and accommodating. 10/10 reccomend booking your stay here.

Nice property! We loved our weekend. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio of our room. Nice setting. It’s still under construction so that’s a little annoying. It will be amazing when it’s completed.

At the time of my stay, the restaurant in the property was being renovated.
Had I known this when I originally booked the room, I would have chosen another place to stay.

Everything was amazing. Great staff, great food, amazing pools. One of the fire pits did not work which I was disappointed about, But everything else was great.

No water pressure for shower, it literally dripped out of the shower head. The bathroom faucet had plenty of pressure so not sure why the problem with the shower. Paid for a room with a balcony but did not get a room with one. The inside of the room was very nice and clean.
