Very nice Hotel.
We had a good one-night stay in San Simeon. They restaurant had a very good dinner; the hotel was pet friendly and it was all in all a good stay.

I booked a room at the motel, but accidently booked it for the following night. When the front desk pointed that out, i asked him to move the reservation to the present day. The motel was virtually empty. He refused to do so, seeming to delight in my mistake. He said i should have booked it directly through the motel as opposed to through Expedia. I hope people steer clear of this place. I ended up not going to Hearst Castle because of this incident.

Property is dated and needs to be renovated. The staff was nice and location was great. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on which made the stay worth it.

Really liked our stay. The room had been newly remodeled with updated bathroom. It could use a towel rack and extra shelf of some kind for toiletries in the bathroom.

A nice place to stay with an amazing view. The room is a bit dated but it is comfortable. Restaurants within walking distance. Cambria is a few mile away

Everything was very old. It smelled like the 70's, minus the smoke from the time.
