The night manager and head mgr. provided excellent service so we stayed two more days. All in all it was a very pleasant stay, housekeeping was great, food was good and the place was clean and having the washers and dryers on site was helpful as well. We enjoyed our stay and if we visit Pullman again, this will be the place we will choose.
