Reservation made for return told computer problem to call back. Called back gave card number to pay told ok. Arrived after 12 hours in snow e Front desk said no r Terrible front desk apparently computer pr Problem. Not resolved told no rooms available M. No offer Of help. Have stayed there over 10 year period two to three times a Year. No loyalty on your part. Other hotels I area said always room held back for just such problems. Have traveled world wide at least 35to 4 O countries included Russia’s china numerous Europe countries. hAVE NEVER had a single problem Shame on you ! I want a call from upper management to further discuss! Soonest.

Excellent hotel, pet friendly, breakfast is above most others. The room was clean and well done.

Good Place to Stay
The room was clean. It was easy to check in and out. Coffee and hot water were offered 24/7 which was a plus. The breakfast offered was better than the standard fare. It was more than we were expecting.

Bates Motel
Absolutely a dump, they charge premium prices for a place that should be about 15 dollars per night. The staff was great despite the trash hotel they were working at. Never again will I stay at a country inn and suites.
Our stay was pleasant, staff was great, very clean room.
Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful. Peggy at the check in desk was wonderful, we both enjoyed our stay. Staying extended days meant we didn't need beds to be changed and bathroom cleaned daily. When we needed more towels and they were provided without question. Ours was an unplanned trip and I there was no preplanned choice for a hotel, but I would recommend Country Suites to anyone who askes.
