In the last three weeks, we have stayed in five Holiday Inn Expresses. This one was the most pleasant inn we stayed in. We were greeted, helped, it was clean, the breakfast was fresh and all the employees we met were approachable and helpful.

Clean, quiet, convenient.

Arrived at hotel to a make shift check in desk because of total renovation that we were not told about when making reservation. Was told at arrival that television service was not working in the rooms and was not offered a discount for this inconvenience. We booked two rooms and one of the rooms had a giant roach looking bug in the bathroom. I have a picture of the bug.

We spent $622 on a two night stay, the pool was so dirty, that we went to another hotel with friends to swim, the washer and dryer didn’t work. The elevator worked half the time and the stairs were being painted so it was difficult getting up and down. Our TV never worked, we reported it while we were at our ball game but it never got fixed. Also, our room was never cleaned even though we requested it… Ran out of toilet paper also. This was easily the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had and I’m 51 years old. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again unless something is done about my stay.

Came for funeral and hotel was nice. Nice location.

Nice hotel, walkable restaurants

It was raining and around 930pm when we arrived to the hotel. The awning was blocked off due to construction. We didn't see the signs when we got there due to the wind knocking them down but there are signs pointing you to use the side entrance doors. It would've been nice to have seen the signs before we got wet walking to the front doors. Once we made it inside, we waited 5-10 minutes for an employee to come to the front desk to check us in. She was on a smoke break. Upon our initial inspection, the room seemed to be clean but the bathroom still had hair in it in several places from the previous guests and there was soap or cleaner left on the bathroom sink area. There was also urine under the toilet seat. I spoke with the cleaning staff the next morning and it was taken care of. The sheets were clean but the room could use some extra dusting. We only took advantage of the breakfast one morning and it was subpar. We were downstairs at 7:15 am and most of the food was gone with no employee in sight to refresh the food. By 7:45 the food hadn't been replenished (luckily there were pancakes). The area around the hotel is nice and luckily there are a lot of dining options.
