Excellent choice
I was not expecting much of this hotel because we did not pay very much. The room was so clean and delightful. The owner seemed very kind and appreciative. The best thing is that you could walk to so many wonderful restaurants, also the ocean! It is such a cute town and this is a wonderful spot to stay there.
Love it. Very nice!
We had a very good stay. My girls were so happy at the hotel.

This hotel sucks! AC did not work, no fans were available and the floor with Sandy. There were two showerheads available. Only one of them worked with little to know water pressure parking was a nightmare the description states, ocean view my experience, determined that was alive.

The room was quiet. The tv was impossible to set to normal broadcasting channels—and the staff did not know how either. Ac was good and quiet. Nice next door coffee/breakfast shop. Furnishings a bit “used” and scratched. Plugs for electronics not easily accessible from bed.

The room was filthy. I had to ask the front desk for cleaning supplies the floor was so dirty our feet were black. I was given a dirty wet mop with nothing else. I then went back to the front desk requesting cleaning chemicals. They gave me what appeared to be fabuloso in a windex bottle and towels. I scrubbed the floor on my hands and knees. They offered to switch me rooms after I scrubbed the floor. At check out they requested I pay a pet fee in cash. Would never stay here again. The door to our room had clearly been kicked in and the frame was screwed back into the wall.

I am appalled at the condition of my stay this time. The bed in the spare room was not clean, full of hair. Several wolf spider's found lurking about. I really liked this place in the past but I do not think I will stay again.
