FYI if your traveling with a pet you will only be allowed on the bottom floor, we booked a room with a harbor view and were told that cannot give us one of those rooms, the first room we were placed in it seemed ok, we went out for dinner when we returned the room was freezing,went to turn on the heater it didn't work we were moved to another room at 10 pm , not good we will not return to this hotel

They didn’t let us know till late at night that their pool and jacuzzi were broken. And they really didn’t tell us they were broken till we asked them late our 1 night this trip.

Beautiful property right at the marina in Ventura! Had a lovely view of the marina from our balcony. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay and will be back soon hopefully!
