Everything was good with our stay, except the handicap parking spots were not plowed. The other spots were plowed, but with my wife being in a wheelchair, we were very disappointed to see that they took care of the other parking spots, but not the handicap parking spots

Everything was not in great repair. Little things broken all around, horrible paint jobs and shotty repairs were noticeable which contributed to a run down feeling overall. The hot tub was bath water, the pool was freezing, and the "restaurant" was a big disappointment. Only one of two elevators working which made for long waits. I won't be staying here again.

Chunks of wall missing in swimming pool and gym area. Restaurant was open but staffed by someone under age so they could not serve any alcohol. Some of the menu was also unavailable.

No shampoo. The 7:00 breakfast hadn’t even been started yet. One of the lamps didn’t even work and it was dark in the room. I had to wait until daylight to do my packing. Nothing like what I expected it to be.

Nice location on the bud route. No other redeeming qualities of this delapidated, worn-out, poorly maintained, property. You pay for the location, and not much else.

The hotel could be nice …. If they had any staff. Two housekeeping women trying to clean the entire place. Our room was never serviced during our entire stay. We had NO towels after we checked in our room and the front desk was never there and wouldn’t answer the phone. We finally got 3 hand towels to shower with. We ran out of toilet paper and it took an entire afternoon to get some. We bought an orange juice on the second floor and it was outdated by 1 month. Never staying here again. Not sure what the deal is, but unacceptable!

Check in took a while. Toilet in our room barely worked. Staff was okay about coming to fix issues but they kept occurring.
