The room was very clean and modern. The outside of the building is dated and leads you to believe the inside will be too, but it is not.
Breakfast was very nice with staff coming around to fill coffee and clear plates.

They said they offered room service, but there was no menu available and when we finally received one and called to order, which we tried to do 3 times, no one answered.
Also, the pool was VERY dimly lit. We could barely see our kids on the other side when it was dark out.

The room I had was VERY dated. They may vacuum it but the carpet is 30+ years old. It's not clean and has many, many stains on it. The arms on the couch are filthy. I sat at the small dining or on the bed. To be honest, I can't believe the health department passes the room. Until it's updated, I won't be staying here again.

The bed in our room sunk into the middle and the springs were super noisy. The hallways and elevators were freezing cold.
