Nice rooms, comfy beds, very clean everything including the pool area and hot tub. Really nice place. Will stay again and highly recommend.

A REQUEST WAS MADE IN THE MORNING TO THE FRONT DESK PERSON TO ASK HOUSEKEEPING TO PLEASE CLEAN THE BATHROOM FLOOR BECAUSE IT WAS FILTHY. WHEN WE RETURNED IN THE EVENING THE FLOOR WAS NOT CLEANED. THE SAME FRONT DESK PERSON STATED THAT THERE WAS NO DOOR HANGER IN PLACE SO HOUSEKEEPING DID NOT ENTER THE ROOM AT ALL. I ASKED IF THE FRONT DESK PERSON REMEMBERED MY REQUEST FOR HOUSEKEEPING. SHE SAID THAT SHE DID INDEED REMEMBER MY REQUEST BUT IT WAS NOT HER FAULT THAT WE DIDN’T PLACE A DOOR HANGER. AS AN ASIDE, WE DID NOT KNOW THAT A SPECIAL DOOR HANGER WAS NECESSARY TO HAVE HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES. WE WILL NOT STAY AT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. RICHARD AND GAIL HALLIGAN
