Above and beyond professional staff on all levels.
My stay at their hotel was in my capacity as medical aide to a senior citizen who underwent a major heart procedure. The front desk staff greeted us and accommodate request for room on lowest level. The room was spectacular. It became necessary to request an extended check out time to allow coordination with cardiologist. This request was completed without hesitation. The breakfast bar is attended better than I have seen. Guests were well served. Truly an exceptional stay and client was relaxed during his stay. Staff contributed and I am most greatful.
