disgusting smell in the room

First as you open the room a strong smell of cigarettes welcome you, The first attempt to try to avoid the smell is to turn-on the AC and it didn’t work. We end up turn it off. It has not been clean. I went to call the front desk and the phone is full of coffee and sticky it is gross. I have a child and I will not used the shower because the floor is dirty and has hairs on the drainage. I don’t normally said anything but the client pays for some thing to be clean and welcoming, it’s not fair. Never staying there.

We stayed last year, in a different room with a balcony and jacuzzi tub, and eventhough it was dated, it was clean, no mold or cracked floor tiles. This year stayed in room 209 and there was no balcony, the curtains dodnt close all the way for complete privecy. The fridge was rusted. It was a non smoking room, with burn marks on the sink vanity and tub. The bathroom door was not painted. The bracket for hanging a tv was on the wall, yet the tv sat on the dresser. The queen bed was confortable. It is close to the outlets, and the pool is nice.
