Not able to pull up to check in

We were in town overnight for an appointment at Yale the following day. The room was cramped, older and unremarkable. We wanted a cheese and charcuterie board from room Service, expecting we could get both on one plate. We had to order cheese and meat separately. The cheese was fine, but a thin selection 2-3 cheeses. The meat tray was essentially sandwich sliced meat marketed as a charcuterie board. $79 with tip. The beat part, the baguette, but hardly worth the cost.

An employee came into my room everyday while I was away to try to get in the room safe!

This was just unbelievable. We checked in and went to the room. The toilet was used and would not flush. So, for over an hour, we had naintenance people in and out fixing the toilet. I went to put something in the frig, it wasnt on, and would not turn on. I read a book and tried to turn out the light. I finally unscrewed the bulb. My shower in the morning would not turn off. I finally had to use my leg and foot to shut it off. Unbelievable!

All staff is great, especially Osmond (hope I’m spelling his name correctly!) Food is reliable and tasty. Highly recommend several of the apps, but my favorites are the fish tacos and deviled eggs.
