The room had stains on walls and carpet. I got bug bites on my legs from sheets. The hotel gave us an accessible room which we did not need. Asked to change but hotel booked. No space in bathroom for stuff. Had to use iron board to hold stuff. Bed skirt were ripped. Just awful

I was on the 4th floor. Room was excellent, high ceilings, great bed/bedding, bath. Staff were all very friendly, helpful, competent. I would definitely stay again.

There were drain flies(?) in the sink and dead on the bed. Asked for a bedding change (housekeeping was gone for the day-at 5:30 p.m.) Asked the front desk to send clean bedding up to the room-no one available so had to go pick up myself. Not even an apology or offer of a different room.
The next morning, the bottom of the tub had several black "blobs"-mouse feces, other vermin residue? Who knows? Stuffed a wash cloth to block the drain and left the next day.
