Good breakfast. Not just pancakes and bread with cereal. Guard gate that watches cars coming in and out. Very safe.

Dirty filthy, nasty deceptive advertising of the property condition exterior and interior it was so nasty looking and the room has scratched up dirty furniture, their was dirty and torn ripped carpets on hallways and stains running down the walls. It smelled of dirt and cigarettes, dog running around lobby jumping up on nasty dirty lobby furniture it was traumatizing driving up to property, trash literally littered the streets, cobwebs were all over the property embedded in the exterior stucco. It was horrifying.

BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!! Hotel was not what the photos looked like. They charged me a DOUBLE INCIDENTAL FEE OF $125 TWICE on my credit card even though my room was prepaid. QUESTIONABLE guests stayed there during my time. Seemed almost like a Half Way House or Temporary Living Space for Transient people.
Only Upside was 8 minutes from Oakland Airport and Free breakfast was good.
