I was charged a $75 pet deposit fee, that I wasn’t made aware of during booking. I chose this hotel because it advertised “pets stay for free”. If someone is on a tight budget and not aware of these deposit fees, they could be in a financial pickle.

I have stayed here numerous times in the past year and never charges a pet fee. I stayed 1 week before this last stay and NO PET FEE. I was charges 25$ (website now states 20$ ) for my dog. I asked when the policy went into effect as I had stayed 1 week prior with no fee; they couldn't identify when the policy had changed. The bed had a valley through the middle as the mattress needs to be changed. NO HOT WATER!!!! Reported to housekeeping. Upon check-out the was no employee to check out with and therefore no one to report the major deficits. I'm done with booking this place and would rather pay more for better service and transparency.
