Overall it was good!

Traveled with my daughter's family and had two rooms for a couple of days. Our original rooms had unpacked furniture boxes. The staff unpacked the furniture, then we realized there was a bit of mold in the one bathroom. The staff was shocked and moved us to a room with unpacked furniture boxes. Rather than unpack the furniture, they moved us to finished rooms. Lisa at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Jade who made the breakfast was great! Always plenty of food. She checked regularly to see if we needed anything. She was very pleasant and was a joy to talk with every morning. After breakfast was done, Jade also did other work around the hotel. mopping floors etc. When I commented to her that she did a lot around the hotel, she replied that everyone worked together. Besides the room switches and the pool being cold, the staff made it a pleasant stay.

I was so happy to finally stay in a hotel room that was clean and maintained! It was spotless!

Everything was good. I reported that my tv went out. They were booked up due to Cruising the Coast. Management went out their way to get me a new tv for me to be able to watch during my stay. Breakfast was good. It was quiet. But what I would love to see is that this hotel gets a major upgrade to bring everything up to date. That’s all that is missing that I see. Thank you again for a great stay and service.

My room had blood spots at the restroom

This property is not taken good care of. The room I checked into was not cleaned, it was gross, there was dirt, hair, grime, dust and blood in places. I contacted management but they continually ignore me and even hang up on me when i call.

This hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Quiet

Hotel did not look how it looks online they didn’t have anything up to date. Bed sheets and bathroom was not up to par. Wouldn’t recommend for a vacation

I was a little upset that the doors leading to the outside stayed unlocked, i know they are remodeling and maybe that was for the crew working there, however, i stay at comfort inn & suites a lot because i feel safe. The bathroom door in our room didnt shut properly, they offered to move us, but we were already settled. The manager Julia and the cleaning staff were very helpful! I would stay again once the remodel is complete.
