We came to the property finding it under renovation. The parking lot was very small and filled with majority, construction vehicles. Many were marked with their job specialty, such as electrical, etc. Our vehicle was a truck with a small trailer attached. There was no room to park. The counter attendant told us to park on the public street in front with a promise that it wouldn’t be towed. I voiced my concern that a public street that is not owned by the hotel cannot be given a 100 percent guarantee that towing wasn’t going to happen. And just because it hasn’t happened before, there was no guarantee that it wouldn’t. After all, on a small street, it could be considered in the way of other, larger vehicles. My reservation was nonrefundable and the counter clerk said he couldn’t do anything, not even ask a few of the construction workers to move a couple vehicles over to make space, as they were parked sporadically everywhere in the lot, with maybe one space between many trucks. He then started lying and saying that they weren’t working the renovation. I told him while it wasn’t 100 percent of those vehicles belonging to renovation workers, it was definitely a majority. In the end, his boss agreed to sign a paper giving their word that nothing will happen. But my friend, the truck owner and driver, was still worried. No one wants to wake up far from home to find themselves stranded. We parked way down the street in another lot, among other trucks.

Linens weren't clean as they should've been, neither were towels, but what really lowered my score the most was me and my husband seeing ROACHES in the breakfast area.

The hotel staff was friendly and professional. Room was well maintained and clean. Bed was very comfortable which made for a restful night.

Quiet

Stayed here at least twice now, pretty quiet and convenient. On my last day on my recent stay I did see a roach crawling on the wall but honestly the place is clean so maybe it traveled in with someone. Staff is nice and the property is really clean.

It was decent. It was hard for us to get extra towels. Our phone didn't work but overall it was okay
