It was clean, very quiet and their breakfast buffet was really good. The staff was very accommodating. We were happy.

Not many hotel chains will accept 50+ dogs on their common areas or ballrooms, so thank you. There were large pet relief areas and everyone was diligent about picking up dog waster. Glad there was a restaurant on site! An included breakfast was also appreciated. My room was clean, not luxe. My bed was comfortable. My biggest concern was personal security after dark. Note that there is an active OTB parlor on site. Some sketchy folk around the parking lot made this single lady walking three dogs around 11 pm nervous. The key lock security by door B wasn’t operating so any random Person could have walked in.

Have been here 3 times for events. Rooms never available by 3. Understaffed for cleaning. Software issues delayed checkin.

Upon arrival, there’s a sign stating that their pool is closed and they refuse to give refunds. Then their computer system kept going down so I stood in line for 45 minutes to be checked in the room, which was advertised as two double beds ended up being one single double bed, as they revamped all their ADA rooms to only have a single double bed in them. I had to get moved to another room because we need it two beds. We gave up the handicap assessable bathroom so we could have the extra bed in the room. After standing in line again they put us into another room that there was a musty smell upon entering and we found that night when we came back that there was a leak in the wall/AC vent that went into the carpet so the carpet itself was wet from the doorway to the window and all around the beds so we had to wear shoes at all times otherwise we were walking on wet carpet. The toilet was lower than usual and it made it difficult to get on and off it. The bathtub had a leaking faucet that dripped all night long. We stayed at this place last year and had some issues but was told they were going to be going under renovation and it would be fixed before we came back this year, they lied. I would suggest that hotel.com remove this hotel from their site as when we checked in and staff saw we had used you they treated us differently because we did not book directly through Clarion. They stated they were not responsible if you advertised the wrong size or style of room on your site.

Nice and clean no complaints

The property is run down and has a putrid smell all over. Carpets leak and smell. The bathrooms either leak or have multiple broken pieces. Staff a few and overwhelmed. I tried to ask them to clean my room but for 3 days, I had to personally get towels from the housekeeping staff. Forget calling front desk.. Paring lot has funny characters and external doors don’t lock.
