We needed a place to stay near our UF student and this worked well. It was easy to get in and out to the road, there were shopping options for last minute supplies right next door. The rooms are simple but quite clean. It is a nice, safe place to sleep - nothing more.

Very dated and poorly maintained room and motel. AC unit cycled very loud and had to be shut off in order to sleep. Door missing weather stripping so car noise and conversations could be heard outside at all hours. Room not cleaned very well and lacked basic amenities(hand towels, sink/tub drains, worn furniture, no smoke/fire alarm just wires,etc). free breakfast was horrible. Overall staff was un-friendly and seemed angry. Also, NO Loyalty points given "Since You Booked via a 3rd party, Sir". Definitely NOT a Quality Inn !

Unbelievably loud, you hear traffic from your door that doesn't have a seal. Bugs come right in because gaps all around the doors. Pictures online are not what the rooms actually are when you check in. Sign on walkway stating sluppery when wet, walk on at your own risk. Unsafe area and signs also about not responsible for theft in rooms or cars. I'd recommend finding somwhere else to stay.

The first room I was provided had blood dripping down the wall in the bathroom. The toilet seat and lid were completely detached from the toilet. There was also an odd smell in the room of chemicals.
Once I brought it up to the front desk they provided me another room, which while it didn’t have blood and a broken toilet seat, it wasn’t the most pleasant experience. The hotel is not super clean, older, and not well maintained. The people were friendly though.
