The lady at the front desk, Deena, i believe was her name was so nice and helpful and the rooms were nice and clean.

Stayed 2 nights, outside was furniture & bed frames, because they were working on other rooms. Dead bugs littered sidewalks. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Small towels.

We have stayed here a few times over the last two years, it has always been nice but they are doing upgrades now (6/24) that are nice. Nice beds and pillows; fixtures that work, it is a nice stay. Breakfast is meager, few choices.

Front desk is friendly and very accomadating to the the needs of the cuatomers Highly reccommend.

We arrived about 8:30, and check-in was good. The desk clerk was super nice, but our room wasn't! When we got into our room it had an awful musty, moldy smell so we turned up the air-conditioning thinking it was just because it had been too hot. As the night progressed the smell got worse and our allergies began to flair up so I went to the front desk but no one was there and we got no sleep that night. Next morning there was only a little old lady working both desk and breakfast area so we left and returned that night. The smell was a little better, but sometime or another the water got backed up into the sink and it was covered with black stuff so we decided to just check out early. This was our yearly wedding anniversary trip and we were just disappointed.

I was concerned when I didn’t have several options to choose from in Andrews for accommodations. However, the location was perfect for an 8:00 am pedal bike ride. Breakfast was provided. (Oatmeal, waffles, muffins, fruit and cereal. Coffee, juice, and water.) Because we took a cooler for the ride, a light breakfast was sufficient. The staff was nice. Ice machines worked and were available. There were several bikers in town and it was cool to see all their nice rides. The room was clean. It could use some touch ups, but it was better than expected. If you enjoy walking you can get to downtown easy. They have some nice little shops. If you are looking for a room for the night I would book it. However, if you are someone that is always negative and find fault in everything, then you should pass. Enjoy your stay in Andrews, NC.
