I needed a place to stay overnight, and so this was a budget-friendly option. The pool seemed to be in working order, though I did not use it. The staff was very friendly. The lock between my room and the suite beside me wasn't working well, and they were fine with switching me to another room right away. The room was clean despite the building being well used. I would stay here again if my intent were to be out exploring.

The hotel isn’t very poor condition. It is not a lake front hotel like it tries to show in the picture. They did not hold my reservation for a king size bed by my 5 o’clock arrival and check-in day. They gave me a double room and said literally “get over it.” I found a bedbug in the room, brought it down for evidence. Dead of course. And they refuse to refund my cash money. And refused to put me in a different room. Terrible customer service. The hotels in terrible condition. And apparently they have a bedbug problem.

There was a roach in the room crawling on wall behind microwave & killed few flies as well. Room & hotel seem clean & maintained but Once u start inspected u saw unfortunate stuff like an unclean jacuzzi tub with hair in it as well.

Bed was clean and comfortable but it was nothing like advertised online... Needs lots of updates online with pictures.. Room wasn't what I wanted. Jacuzzi room is what I thought I requested.. But its not what I got.. It was a supposed to be a special night..

I'm not used to the marijuana smell, so I didn't like that.The washer and dryer didn't work.The pool was dirty, I think that's enough

When you first walk in the hotel looks nice. But then the doors to the outside are broken and the key card machine was broken. The hallway smelled of cat urine and was disgustingly filthy. Got the to the room and the toilet paper holder was broken. Half the lamps didn't work. The TV didn't work!! The plug in either didn't work or made your phone charger so hot it's lucky that it didn't explode. They only had a thin blanket on the bed. One bed had 3 pillows the other only 2. The room had and oder of being old and musty. They had people living there stating that they just did a week to week accommodations. But I seen in windows where people had decorations up on the walls. They need to decide if they want to be a hotel or an apartment complex because they can't be both.

Place needs more maintenance attention

The hotel needs a lot of work outside but the rooms were clean. The pool needs to be cleaned. Real bad. Afternoon staff bad

Beds were hard, sheets didn't smell clean. Hair in the tub
