I checked in and found our room to be dirty. Surfaces had not been cleaned after the previous guests and many areas had not been dusted or cleaned in a long time. The bed sheets were inside out and there was hair on the counters. I asked for a refund and was not given one nor was I offered a different room. Very disappointed.

The staff was very helpful but booked king suite type room but heater was broken so staff quickly got me moved to regular room as heat is more important than size of room. Quick and close and convenient for Chisago city other wise stay in Hinkley Casino much nicer and cheaper.

Property is older but maintained. Negatives were my room appeared to have missed the vacuum & the breakfast items were minimal & the milk in the cooler was warm.

All the desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The only negative about our stay was that our room had a window facing the freeway and it was noisy.

We ended up not staying the night! The room had a terrible smell to it! The bathroom door did not close all the way! The beds were very broken down.
