Unexpected stay because of snow.
We were trying to get to Witchita, taking my son to Creighton U and the roads were getting icy an dangerous. We quickly booked This hotel online and pulled in. It was a typical Holiday Inn, clean, etc. But the memorable part was the two staff members working the front desk. Very kind and helpful!

Satisfactory Experience
We had a good stay. The only glitch was key card didn't work on the second day and had to be reset.
Recommend
Our stay was pleasant with a couple of hiccups. The remote for our TV only worked for changing channels. You could not turn the TV on/off or adjust volume. I also had to ask for an iron and ironing board that were missing from our room. Staff seemed very surprised that it was missing. Cleaning could have done a better job. We did have some dead moths and a dead spider on the floor. Complimentary breakfast buffet was amazing, the hotel overall was clean and inviting and the staff were attentive and very kind.

Check in was fast and easy. Because they weren’t busy, I was asked for preference on floor and location, which was really nice. The property and room seemed incredibly clean, the bed was comfortable, and I love the fact that the y provide a couple of pillow types to accommodate travelers.
