The hotel was very clean and our stay was pleasant but I had booked adjoining/connecting rooms as we were traveling with an elderly parent and when we checked in, we were told that they weren't guaranteed and we were put across the hall from each other. other than that the stay was fine.

As we traveled on a cross country trip, we stayed in many different hotels over the past 21 days. The Holiday Inn Express in Galesburg IL was by far the cleanest and spacious we stayed in. Highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling through Illinois.

Great Hotel & Breakfast
I'm a Hilton Diamond member and was recently sent to Galesburg for work. There are no Hilton properties close by so I chose the Holiday Inn Express. I was very pleased. I really like the furnishings in the room, especially the coat hooks and hanging rack over the dresser. I also like that here is ample room for suitcases exactly where they belong. Bed was good and breakfast was good. I downloaded the app and will definitely consider Holiday Inn next time I travel.
Wonderful Staff
Wonderful, great staff. Hannah and Toronto were very friendly and helpful. The grocery store next door is an added plus.
