Exterminator says no bugs but my leg says otherwise.

There is no point is reserving a room at this hotel for sleeping. The nightclub is intolerably loud until 3 am. The noise can be heard from many of the rooms according to other guests we spoke with. This is not a hotel. It is a club with mattresses. Furniture is showing wear but hard to come t on much else given I was io my able to get 3 $hours of sleep

Great hotel in eclectic area, just be aware that there is a nightclub on the 15th level and a lot of noise from party goers.

This was such a great choice. The rooftop was great and so was the neighborhood around the hotel. Lots to do and walking distance to so many things.

4th stay at this hotel and we’ve never previously encountered negative experiences, however, sadly this time there were a few:- Some extremely rude reception staff. They acted like they hated their jobs and us. Not the attitude you expect from a higher end hotel. We booked months before, were returning guests, informed hotel of late check in but were given last room available next to noisy gym treadmill that woke us up. Wasted first day having to re-pack and wait until 3pm to re check into a new room. New room was smaller with less storage and no full length mirror although we liked the views and couldn’t face moving again. Mr Purple bar has got out of hand. Two many noisy, intoxicated (non-paying guests) piling up in lifts disturbing staying guests. The hotel should remember it is a hotel first and foremost and not a night club. A small warmed up, processed wannabe McMuffin with one person struggling to make cappuccinos for a large queue is not a satisfactory breakfast option at a hotel of this standard. Cocktails terrible and $10 pricier than even the high end hotels. New “amenities” tax seems like a completely dishonest rep-off. Water was not restocked in our fridge in 10 days. On the plus side the guys who help with luggage, taxis etc. and the Front of House Manager were great. As ever we love the lower east side location and transport links to Uptown. Overall, however, I feel the standards of the hotel no longer reflect the high prices.

Convenient location, large room. Lots of young people going to the rooftop club on the weekend. Good value.

I was more than pleased with my stay at the Indigo. The room was clean and spacious. The king sized bed was soooo comfortable. Even though my room was directly across from the elevator, it remained fairly quiet. I was also a huge fan of the provided soaps and lotion (meant to get the name). Staff was friendly and attentive. And lastly the location is cool. You kinda get a little flavor of everything the city has to offer. The good and the eh, ya know, not necessarily the greatest, but it’s New York. Get over it.

Great location and ambiance

expedia is a scam and will take your money and act like they don't know anything about it first off. second the hotel was dirty and i had to switch rooms because of hair and bugs. also my tv didn't work and balcony door was glued shut until 30 minutes left of my reservation

Great boutique hotel in lower East Side. Service was great and the room was a good size for NY!
