Breakfast was really good, water pressure was great, room was clean and the view was lovely.

The hotel was very nice. Our room was ok. The staff was great, very efficient and friendly. It was a great stay. We felt like a suite with two queens and a pull out couch bed was a great deal for what we paid.

The rooms was nice but very cold and they ran out of extra blankets.

I paid for a double queen suite with sofa bed. The room did not have heat and it was dirty. I ended up in a regular room with two small beds at nearly 2 am in the morning. An employee screamed at my family and other guest over getting breakfast when we had already paid for it. She treated us like thieves over a terrible meal. We all were in a cramped room that and nobody offered to compensate us in anyway. I didn’t get the right room, I got humiliated. It ruined my birthday and I spent all this money to stay with them.

So, I often come to Midtown to hangout with friends and enjoy the city life Atlanta has to offer. I usually stay elsewhere but it was way booked (as expected) for the holiday weekend. I found the closest to me when I was here which happened to be Crowne Plaza/Staybridge Suites. From the moment we arrived the trip has not been any type of satisfaction for lodging. The hotel is overbooked but still being listed google as available. I booked a King Suite with a Pull Out Sleeper Couch and a kitchen. I was not ever informed that I was going to be put in a different room from which I booked which happened to be a full size bedded standard room. I immediately called the front desk twice and went down after they didn’t answer. To no surprise, no one was at the front desk. Returned upstairs defeated and just went to bed because I had just gotten off the road and it was around midnight. #sleepyAF. By morning, I requested late checkout because I just knew I’d need more sleep. I went down and didn’t even bother to mention the wrong room but did ask for late checkout. Returned to my room to sleep and was awoken an hour later by a hotel employee and a housekeeper. I told her I asked for late checkout and she asks “does the front desk know that?” Umm… of course! She doesn’t know because there’s obviously no communication across any channels here. Employee to employee. Employee to consumer. Nothing is communicated or operated well here. It met my needs to be there for business; good location. I loved the kitchen and the space. I loved it had a bathtub. However, the front desk never answers the phone, very difficult to get towels and blankets. The heater did not work and the nights were very cold. Stained carpet and couch. Dirty microwave. They need some updates and customer service needs a lot of improvement.

Check in was a nightmare

The building was very cold albeit it was a very unusual cold weekend in Atlanta. The building seemed unkempt. The walls in the room were different colors and the bed stands was broken. Aesthetically, the hotel can use some improvement. Overall, for the price, it was an average stay.

Everything was great only issue was the parking

We stayed at the hotel for a total of 5 days, housekeeping did not come by once. (Which the hotel states that on weekdays, housekeeping will come by daily, and as requested on weekends.) Considering that our drip was during weekdays, I assumed we would have had housekeeping come by at least once. They never did. The people there were extremely friendly, but I was disappointed in housekeeping. The “market” and “restaurant” were also dissapointing. The market was not stocked up until the last day of our stay, and the Restaurant and Cafe were never open or running. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible stay, but I would not stay here again.
