Breakfast was really good, water pressure was great, room was clean and the view was lovely.

The hotel was very nice. Our room was ok. The staff was great, very efficient and friendly. It was a great stay. We felt like a suite with two queens and a pull out couch bed was a great deal for what we paid.

I stayed here several years ago; it was lovely then. Not so anymore. It was beat up, the window was caulked shut badly, and it was noisy. Wind came through the window. Breakfast was confusing and mediocre. There were no napkins or utensils. We had to find someone to get more. Cheap plastic utensils. The room was very beat up. The bed had a gulley in the middle.

I don't understand how check in can be at 3 pm....the check in line lasted a hr....the pool closes at 8pm. Came to get a quick lay back but should have known that wasn't going to happen, pool was full of people and couldn't get in and it started raining and they didn't even accommodate the rain.

Was not impressed. Due to the AC unit not working, we were sweating after our showers, due to the humidity. Our pillows were mildewed, some employees had attitudes and our cards kept getting deactivated. We had to stand in long lines to re-activate them, due to a system error. We have filed a claim with their corporate office
