Great atmosphere ALL the staff friendly and welcoming,helpful,knowledgeable about the area. Clean hotel room equipped with everything needed. The fragrance ambiance. Have never had a bad experience at ANY Aloft hotel we have stayed in and if we can get a reservation we’re in.👍🏽👍🏽😍😃.

Good location and I always sleep well here. Bedding is clean and comfortable. I love their pillows!

Great contemporary hotel, beautiful design, great location. 3 min walk to Disney Theatre in Dr Phillips Center. The only thing I don’t like was valley -$28 and extra fees to pay it on line - really steep and not convenient . However overall experience was great

My friends and I stayed for a music festival and had such a great stay. Staff were kind room was clean and large! Thanks for such a smooth stay !

My spouse and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend in Orlando. We have stayed at this location before and truly fell in love. We stayed in a corner suite that has been a favorite room of ours (no matter where we travel, the corner suite is in our hall of fame). However we were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. There were hand and mouth and other body prints on the windows. The upper head boards were dusty and other hand prints could be seen there. On Saturday evening, while applying my make up, a roach was walking across the bathroom counter. Also, the bathroom towels had frayed edges and were clearly worn. There were other signs of age in the room but that is understood because the property is not new. However it was obvious that housekeeping does not CLEAN the rooms and there clearly isn’t an eye for detail. We departed that stay a little saddened because we love the property but I had to be honest to give an opportunity for improvement.
