Hotel was close to venue which was ideal.
Unprofessional front desk at check in.
We had no water and you would expect management to come in earlier than 9am to support the staff in handling the complaints of the guest. I don't think I'll come back just for that reason.

15th Floor hallway floor was really dirty.
Room very clean and comfortable
No bartender, so bar was closed, but the desk staff went the extra mile by jumping in and serving anyway.

Too many homeless people out in front. I did not like the fact that I had to go to the 5th floor to check in. I felt very unsafe coming back to the hotel at night.
