My now fiancé chose this hotel to spend our what turned to be a very special occasion proposing to me. However, immediately after check in we were disappointed with how unprofessional the valet handled themselves. Following check in, we proceeded to the room where the garbage cans were not even emptied. After spending the evening out to dinner and the proposal we came back to the hotel to grab a cocktail at the hotel bar, to be asked to pay a “cover charge” at the bar. After doing so and proceeding the bar, we found that there were a lot of guests in the bar that were not paying to stay at this hotel; it was the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had and I’m a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member. The bartender was so drunk she was unable to count me back my change for two beers, it took 20 minutes to receive said two beers and the crowd was extremely ghetto for lack of better words. It was extremely disappointing.

Beautiful Hotel in the Heart of Cleveland!
A beautiful hotel in the heart of Cleveland in The Flats! Lobby was fabulous and had awesome snacks and drinks to take to your room. Very modern bar in the hotel as well. Lago is located right next door for lunch and dinner and a fabulous brunch on the weekend. I would definitely stay there again!
