First Kim at the front desk was outstanding. She met all of our needs and just was a pleasure to deal with. The rooms were clean, quiet and very accommodating. The town of Oklahoma City is also fantastic with a little Riverwalk to the Dodgers triple AAA team. The whole experience was fun, safe and just really great!

Did not have fold out couch , room cleaning did not happen even tho was told we needed left it clean and did not get back deposit also got charged twice once they Expedia the thru hotel

Looks like they’re going through a revocation. No pool, restaurant and bar. The I took a couple of cold showers. It takes the water a long time to heat up. A couple of times it didn’t. Overall good location.

I recently stayed at an Aloft Hotels property and unfortunately experienced an issue that was never resolved during my stay. When I arrived, there was no hot water in my room. I had to leave quickly for an engagement, so I wasn’t able to address it immediately. The next morning I tried again to shower and there was still no hot water. I called the front desk and was told they would email the manager, but no one followed up and no solution was offered. As a result, I ended up having to leave the hotel early without even being able to take a hot shower. I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but I was disappointed that the issue wasn’t addressed or resolved during my stay. I hope management looks into this so future guests don’t have the same experience.

Room was nice, staff was friendly, no hot water for shower when I woke up, I had to wait an extra hour for water to get hot again so I could shower and check out

Very clean room and quiet environment granted the area
