Dirty and grungy.
La Quinta quality has dropped off.
The carpet was stained. The safety lock on the door was broken off and the peep hole in the door has paper stuffed in it!

Only bad part of room (Rm170) needs maintenance attention with constant running water in shower, loose toilet seat, and loose/inoperable wall outlets.

The property was smoky smell of cigarettes the carpet and everything was very dirty. Had red stains on the carpet. It was very nasty.
