My room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but I miss waffles!

Hotel and staff were very nice.

We have been traveling for close to 50 years and we would rate this Fairfield location as one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. It was clean, well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were exceptional. The breakfast was out of this world and the breakfast area was staffed during the entire duration. The rooms were nice, clean, and well maintained. The only recommendation we would have for the hotel would be a mattress and pillow upgrade but we would still give this a 10/10.

The hotel was nice and clean. We booked last minute as the weather conditions made it difficult to continue driving to our original destination. Booking was easy, room was clean when we arrived an hour after booking. Breakfast standard, we stayed at a lot of hotels on this trip and this breakfast was the least favourite. Only issue was that we went to take our kids swimming in the morning before checkout so they could tire out before our drive back to Canada, and the pool was closed. Possibly for cleaning but there was no indication of this until we arrived at the pool in our swim gear. Children were disappointed to say the least. All in all a good experience but would have liked them to at least notified at check in or something about the pool closure.

The hotel was clean , updated, and convenient for us to attend a wedding in Booneville. I wish there was a makeup mirror in the bathroom. Breakfast was great each morning for free , which was very good.

When you're in the middle of nowhere NC, and you see a nice, modern hotel, that is the place to stay. So many other accommodations in the area offer a lot less for nearly the same money. It was very nice.
