Torn curtain, torn carpet, horrible pillows and rusty bathroom.

The young woman at the front desk was very good. However, the curtains in our room are torn.
It really needs some maintenance.

I reserved there because it advertised a pool and workout room, both were closed and had been closed for some time. I was told they have no intention of reopening either. So if you plan on using this hotel and want to enjoy a pool or a run, so not go there. False advertisement.

When we checked in they couldn’t make keys for our rooms. We had to get the guest staff to let us in our room every time we leave it. Our room had no hairdryer, coffee packets but no coffee pot, the remote doesn’t work for the tv, the bathtub had a used bar of soap in it and the tub drips constantly. We shouldn’t have to pay for a room that was not supplied with item’s indicated, we won’t stay here again.
