The hotel was basically very clean and well kept with one big exception.
I was on the third floor and from the moment I exited the elevator I was hit with the potent odor of mildew. Upon opening my room door it was even worse. I hosed down the room with febreze spray and left for a long walk. After that it was much better but I’m sure still unhealthy.
Difficult tho understand why management wouldn’t do what was next to abate this issue!

I walked into my room and immediately smelled mold, mildew, musty stench. I didn’t say anything but In retrospect I should have cuz I was there for 2 nights. The whole hotel had that smell tho. I noticed the wall that faces the outside was in bad shape, wallpaper peeling from the wall, stains from water. The good part was the
Staff was extremely nice and very attentive. Kudos to them. The owner needs to reinvest back into the property and not be so cheap.

I stayed Friday and Saturday night the girl who was working till 10 pm was so very nice. She was helpful and made me feel very welcome. Always smiling and polite. I was going through a tough time and she made it a little better!!

Staying In Towanda for a family get-together/memorial service and haven't been back for 40 years. Good location and nice stay. Check out Shore Sisters Farm Market cafe for a g!reat breakfast to start your day

The hotel was clean and comfy but the room we had had a slight musty smell. The complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired, it could have been better prepared for us early risers.
