Booked this for my dad and sister, the staff was friendly, parking was good. Unfortunately the bath had two holes in it. One was repaired with putty, the second wasn’t repaired so my dad was unable to take a bath. Beds were clean and all other areas In the room was good.

Room smelt like mold. There was no fridge in the room. The microwave didnt work the door was broken you could see inside our room if you were standing outside. When I checked in I waited for 5 min for somone to even help me after ringing the bell. I wouldnt recommend staying here. The ac unit was broken and pulled from the wall

Room was dirty, drawers and cabinets not cleaned. Didn’t particularly like talking to a machine when checking in. Tried to check in like 30 min early wanted to charge me an extra $35. Overall not a great stay/expiernece.

For a less expensive hotel, they're quite nice! Loved the king size bed all to myself. It was clean, and pretty quiet. I just wish there was coffee in the rooms.

The only thing I did not like when it was check in time and I had to speak with someone on a screen and half the time I had no idea what he was saying I’m sorry but his English was very bad and his accent was very strong to the point it was very hard to understand anything he was saying. But other then that I liked the place and would stay there again

Do not book this motel. Pictures make it appear decent for someone wanting to save a little money. We checked into our room and had dirty sheets, towels stains on the carpet along with a dirty smell. We asked for refund and they only refunded 2 of the 3 nights because we didn’t cancel in time. We told them we should get full refund due to motel not being clean and that we tried checking in and even moving to a different room. Staff told us they shouldn’t have refunded any of our stay. Front desk is a virtual check in box. Don’t recommend, you will be very disappointed if you even give it a try. I spent more money finding another hotel and Rodeway not refunding. Poor service all around.

First off, check in was with a robot. Not a person. Then he gave me 2 blank keys, which made me think they could go to any door. Room was NOT clean, just picked up. Bed was dirty but made. Burn hole in the comforter and cut marks. Booked a non-smoking room and got a heavy smoked in room. Ash tray by the TV and one between the 2 beds. Mini fridge looked worse then one from a yard sale and possibly d thawed at some point because underneath was a puddle of water.
