Great hotel, great staff!
When I checked in, I was given a room on the freeway side, even though I made a reservation with explicit instructions not to put me on the freeway side of the hotel. It was very very late and I was exhausted. I thought I could sleep through the freeway noise, but I could not. Went to the desk in the morning and requested to move my room. Staff could not be more helpful nor more apologetic. They gave me a new room and I had a terrific night sleep on Saturday evening. Really like this hotel. Thank you for salvaging my stay.

The staff was friendly and very welcoming. My room was clean and the towel were laundered every day. The water was perfect, as well as the temperature.

It above a 3-star hotel and the hotel has a nice quality design. I reserved a King, Ocean view compact room that had everything I needed. I have been there several times & never leave disappointed.

Very disappointed and will not recommend this place. I reserved a Superior Suit, 1King Bed with Hot Tub Ocean View….there Not room service whatsoever
Bring your own bottle of water….There will be Non in your room. For a $300 per night room.. please do yourself a favor and fine a more pleasant and convenient place.
The Coffee Machine in the Lobby (it’s very old) it takes like 3-4 minutes to get a single cup of coffee.

Really great location- balcony, view of sea. Great customer service, parking lot, microwave and fridge in room, spacious, clean- everything was wonderful.
