The room I booked on expedia was not a room that the hotel had, I was told it was not a room that they had. The accessible room had a king bed but no sofa sleeper & the bed was very low but the toilet was very tall which seemed strange to me. The regular room toilet was low for me but the bed was adequate height. I would like to see regular rooms to have higher toilets & grab bars.

The one elevator is too small for people with baggage (and cleaners), & inadequate for the number of guests. Also, the bug/ roach in our room (captured & left under a glass)was a turnoff .

Said that it was recently refurnished. Use the hide a bed in the suite's love seat and the mattress contained blood and was gross
