The pool wasn’t open due to what seemed like a collapsed ceiling and was not advertised anywhere that it would be out of order it looked as though it had been empty for a long time. The carpets were nasty only for to be walked on with shoes. The ceiling near the elevator had a huge hole with exposed pipes and wiring. Our room had brown water or spiking marks all over the ceiling. The white sheets had staining and spots all over them.

We arrived and the check in process was very complicated. The forms that I was asked to fill out did not conside with what I was being told. After about 10 mins I got my key card for the room. We were not direct to where our room was, we wander around until we found a door to see which direction to go. We got to our room and the card reader was not working. It was broken it took about 3 mins to get in the room each time we left because it was not working properly. Once we were in our room we noticed an open half drank mountain dew bottle on the desk. Then we saw all the ants the ants were all over the tv stand prob about 70 tiny ants running around.
The hotel offered free breakfast the next morning from 6-10. We got down about 8 to have breakfast and there were 4 pieces of bread and 1 cereal and that was all, the counter tops had crumbs all over and no one was around.
This was not a good experience.

Overall I was pretty unhappy with this booking experience through Expedia. I did not have very high expectations due to the price of the booking at $68 a night. However, I found the surprise $30 check in fee that was not listed on Expedia to be frustrating and would justify staying somewhere else. The post shows breakfast included but that was not the case. In addition, the pool is closed down and has been closed for quite some time due to the aging construction equipment. With the surprise $30 check in fee I would recommend staying at one of the other hotels in the area.

Towels were dirty and only one big was in the room, not provide a new soap, staff was ok but not patient, the pool was being worked on or a storage area, paint and cracking walls, and doors didn’t open fully.

All apps state they have a pool. It’s drained and in disrepair. Had to wait at front desk for several minutes waiting to check in. Booked a king bed with sofa bed room. Pulled out sofa bed and it had mouse poop in it. When I called to report i was asked “what do you want me to do?” No options. Had to go to front desk 15 minutes later and they gave us their last room. Breakfast was a joke. 2 cereals, waffles with no syrup, bread with only butter, donut holes plain. Overall a poor experience asked on what was promised through app.

1. No sundries - if you forget something, you are out of luck. Also, in a sketchy neighborhood where there are no amenities.
2. The lock on our door was broken.
3. We had one towel for three people in the room.
4. There was a bar of opened and used soap on the sink when we arrived.
5. There was an empty toilet paper roll in the bathroom (as in not restocked).
6. There were no drinking cups in the room and no where to fill water bottles.
7. Breakfast was awful. The only option was corn flakes or cherrios. No fruit, proteins or anything hot.
8. Pool was out of order.
9. Had.to leave a 100$ deposit; online through the hotels.com app it said it would be 50.

First they require a $100 deposit even though they tell you $50 when you book. We were hoping to enjoy the pool but it’s been closed for some time. The ice maker was out of service as were the vending machines. The room was cleanish on first glance but once you started looking it’s was actually pretty dirty. Also there was a dead mouse beside the bed. When I informed the front desk she told me it had to have gotten there after I checked in. Somehow it was my fault? There was no breakfast at all, just a pot of coffee. This was a pretty bad experience for us. Luckily we only booked 1 night.
