Upon entry we were told to make our reservation at a desktop computer in the lobby. The linen had stains, we were told after making the reservation by the front desk staff that we had not booked through Marriott but by a third party. We then had to make the sofa bed ourselves. It was like working for a bad boss. PLUS the next day I got a fraud alert from my bank. A charge to a spa in San Carlos. Was not me. Ten years of business travel and the worst R.Inn EVER.

The room’s temperature felt uneven, one bedroom was warm and other bedroom cool. One controls the section we chose. Dining room / front area seating for meals were a bit dirty on the floor. Saw a broken glass bottom of a champagne glass and a rubber bottom part of a chair? Overall, it is a very modern looking type of a hotel. Been to other Residence Marriott’s..that I rated 5 stars. Sorry, this one is only a 3
