The check in service was a joke. The concierge staff took way too long checking people in, did not provide included amenities to us like the car service, but they did to others. The room we had was nice enough, but for the price we paid-$380 for one night, and supposedly a prestigious hotel, one of the lamps had a hole in the shade. Since it’s downtown LA, we were not really surprised to hear two shootouts on the street at 2:20a and again at about 3ish am. Overall we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel was perfect for our family with spacious room and great view. We hopped on the rail down to the central market for dinner that was right next to the hotel. Staff was friendly and welcoming even to our kids. We will be back again.
