The resort fee was a big negative. They said there would be coffee in the lobby in the morning but it was only there between 5 and 7 am. So it was $25 for nothing.

I had to pay extra destination fee which is fine. But during checkin reception should explain what facility i am going to get with that. Seems this property try to do extra charge and hide that details from customer so that people can't use it.

There is a short railway from the hotel to Grand Central market so it was very easy to get good food when needed

Room was clean and the beds were the best. Loved the mattress. Another positive thing is the pillows were nice and fresh smelling.
