Family Vacation
Staff have been amazing and helpful, room service and housekeeping were quick, efficient and the food was good. Great location near all the fun things. Would recommend and stay again.
Very glad I chose this hotel
First, the hotel is beautiful. Every single employee is friendly and helpful. There was a reservation snafu when I checked in. This was not of the hotel’s doing. The manager and the IT team in “the back” worked quickly to resolve the issue. I was very grateful. It was clear that they were determined to make everything right and they did. Our room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom that always makes us girls happy. The shower is fantastic. We spent every morning at the pool. Get there early if you want a pool chair. The breakfast and lunch menus at the poolside cafe are excellent. We were here to go to concerts at the Hollywood Bowl. We walked there and back each night…just a little over a mile each way. Very convenient! I will definitely look for more concerts to attend and return to stay at this beautiful hotel!
Great as always
Always enjoy my yearly stay at the HR. Thank you and welcome. I visit yearly and will continue to.
The best time at the Roosevelt Hollywood
Our experience was incredible. Nicolas arranged most our outings and arranged travel to and from the airport. Porters Mark and David provided the best customer service with David giving us a tour of the hotel. Mark offered the following day.We consider them friends for ever. Housekeeping service was exceptional and friendly. 25 degrees and Shirley Brasserie provided delicious offerings. The magic show in the library blew our minds. The staff at the Tropicana were wonderful and engaging. When we return to LA, we are definitely booking with The Roosevelt. Happy 100!
Classy and smooth
The Hollywood Roosevelt is a hotel that brings the past in modern times graciously. Professional, warm, friendly and caring staff. Detailed rooms, gorgeous pool, amenities and restaurants. Love the Spare Room for a cocktail. State of the art Spanish Architecture, great location.
Love staying here!
Second time staying at the Roosevelt. Love the history, incredible pool, friendly staff and restaurant.
1950’s Throwback
Past Meets Present.
Very Disappointed
Check in was awful, elevators worked sporadically and during checkout hours ALL elevators were not working. Rooms I reserved were not correct. I had to continue to go to front desk as my the front desk never texted me when rooms were ready. I had my grandkids with me so it made for loads of anxiety. Reserved two rooms (one with two beds) and we didn’t get that. I’ve stayed here many times and this experience makes it the last time I stay with you nor will I recommend. The best part of staying were the cleaning staff.

This hotel is excellent if you want a real Hollywood experience. The location is right in the heart of it. The rooms are small but that is typical for hotels of this era. The lobby is a magnificent room where it is easy to have a group chat, sit and have a drink at the lobby bar (5pm-10pm) or just hang out. The beds and pillows were fabulous- some of the most comfortable bedding that I have experienced in a hotel. Be forewarned however- the $35/day resort feel and the $75/day valet parking fee will add an additional $100+ to the final bill.

Great property. There was an event happening on the main road, however valet was on the side of the building and that helped a lot. There is a lot of history in this hotel. Ask to be on the 9th floor. I believe that is where some of the "ghost" sightings were. The front desk clerk put me on floor 7 and said that was the floor, but when I looked into it, it was the 9th floor.
