Great hotel; bad neighbors.
This is a beautiful hotel situated in the shopping area of The Domain. Our problem? We stayed there on a Saturday and even on the sixth floor. We could hear the very very loud music coming from a nightclub somewhere around us. It continued until two AM. We were unable to sleep on till it stopped. My suggestion? Ask for a room on the other side of the building or don’t stay there when the nightclub is open.

I liked the convenience of being at the domain. It can get loud since it is close to the bars. The bar service was good.

20/10 recommend! Kyle, from valet services needs to be promoted! He is intuitive and anticipates consumer needs without being overbearing. We stayed for our anniversary and were graciously upgraded to a suite.
The showers have prompted me to remodel my bathroom. My hubby is not amused lol. Oh the real kicker, these little crack Carmel candies they leave in your room…Fat back folk such as I, will be running back solely bc of those gems. The handsome concierge hooked me up with a goodie bag as I was leaving. Safe to say, “He has a friend in me”.

Extremely overpriced. Got one of the best suites and the shower never got hot, no pressure, what did spray was spraying everywhere. The valet took so long to bring my car in the morning I was late for work because he was sleeping in his car and the lady at the front desk wouldn't help me find him. Terrible.

Great property, really friendly staff, everything is top-notch.
My only suggestion would be to have an option where the interior design of some rooms are a little bit more subdued, for those travelers who appreciate everything the archer has, but don’t want giant murals or over the top glitzy adornments in their room.
That is a personal preference, and is the only change that would’ve made this a five star experience!
